Question:
Has anyone had any experiences with the LASIK-Vision Center in Washington,
D.C? Or any other LASIK-Vision locations.
I am considering having my lasik performed there, but have been unable to
find much information about them.
Answer:
I have been through that info. The dr. has done over 4,000 surgeries. He is
also the same dr. who performed LASIK on my friend and his wife. They are
satisfied. I have asked loads of questions and plan to ask more when I go to
D.C. for my exam. My main curiousity was about the company itself. The
finanancial aspect is something to think about. I did take a look at their
stock and it doesn't seem to be holding very well. I'm not too concerned
with a "lifetime commitment" as long as they manage my after care the first
year. I will be traveling from Richmond for the procedure, and follow-ups.
Hopefully,by the time I need anything on down the road there will be more
available in this area.
